These are the terms that apply when you post an opportunity through Fettle. By accepting them, you agree to what's set out below. If anything's unclear, get in touch before you proceed.
Version 1.1. Last updated 8 June 2026.
Fettle is a hiring network for medical and healthcare professionals in Australia. When you post an opportunity, Fettle distributes it to verified network members, qualifies any applicants and referrals, and presents you with a shortlist of candidates worth your time.
Fettle charges a single placement fee, paid only when you hire a candidate Fettle has introduced.
There is no fee to post an opportunity, no retainer, and no fee unless a placement is made.
The placement fee is invoiced on the candidate's start date, payable within 14 days. Payment by bank transfer or credit card, with details on the invoice.
The person who posts the opportunity is the billing contact by default and will receive any invoice. If you'd like someone else to be invoiced, send an email to hello@findwithfettle.com.au with the job details, and we'll send it to them instead.
Every Fettle placement comes with a three-month guarantee. If the candidate leaves or is dismissed within their first three months for any reason other than redundancy, Fettle will replace the candidate at no additional fee, or refund the placement fee in full if a replacement cannot be made within 90 days.
Posting an opportunity through Fettle does not prevent you from running other recruitment processes for the same role. Fettle's fee is only payable on candidates Fettle has introduced.
When you post an opportunity, Fettle will create a new, candidate-facing version of your role to send to the network. This version is written by Fettle and remains Fettle's intellectual property.
You can request to view the Fettle version, and you're welcome to use what you've learned from it to improve your own thinking. What you can't do is copy, paraphrase, or republish substantial parts of the Fettle version outside of Fettle's distribution. If a substantially copied or paraphrased version of the Fettle text is found in use elsewhere, a fee equivalent to the placement fee for that role applies.
Your own pre-existing ad material remains your property. This clause is about Fettle's rewritten version specifically, not about any wording you wrote yourself before posting.
Fettle introduces candidates with their consent, in masked form initially, with full identity shared at the point of mutual interest in an interview. You agree not to bypass Fettle by approaching introduced candidates directly outside the Fettle process. If a candidate Fettle has introduced is hired by you within 12 months of the introduction, the placement fee applies regardless of the channel through which the offer was made.
Both parties keep confidential information shared during the process confidential, including candidate details, role information not yet public, and commercial terms.
Either party may end the engagement on any single role at any time by written notice. Termination does not affect Fettle's right to a placement fee on candidates already introduced if they are subsequently hired within the 12-month window in clause 7.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be heard in the courts of New South Wales.
