Relevant opportunities

Job opportunities reviewed against your profile, sent only when they represent a genuine step forward, or you don't see them.

Every opportunity that reaches you has been reviewed against your profile by Claude, the AI from Anthropic. Not just against keywords or job title, but against the considerations that determine whether the role is genuinely worth your time: the type and size of the organisation, the seniority of the role relative to your current position, the location and what that means for you, the remuneration relative to your current package, the development opportunities on offer, the work environment and team you'd be joining.

That keeps the volume low and the relevance high. Some weeks you may see nothing at all. When something does reach you, it's because we believe it's worth your time.

Frequency, content, and pause controls are yours: receive matches as they come in, weekly, monthly, or pause entirely while you focus on other things. You can leave the network at any time.

Apply directly

See a role you want? Apply, and we'll talk you through the rest.

Roles on the Fettle Network are listed with everything you need to decide whether to apply: the work, the team, the package on offer, the salary, the location, and the practical details. The client's identity is masked at the listing stage. We share who they are at the right moment.

When you apply to a role, we get in touch. Because the matching has already happened, there's no second guessing whether you're suitable. Every application that comes through gets a real conversation. You'll always hear from us. It's where we walk you through the role properly, share who the client is, and answer any questions you have before you commit. Your details are not forwarded to the client at this point.

If, after that conversation, you'd like us to put you forward, we forward your application to the client with a Fettle Member Profile, a structured document that represents your experience clearly. The client only sees your details once you've agreed.

Referrals

If you know someone who'd be a good fit, we'd love to reward you for it properly.

Some opportunities you see may suit someone you know better than they suit you. A colleague, a former teammate, a friend in your discipline. When that happens, you can recommend them through Fettle. We handle the introduction, the qualification, and the rest of the process from there.

If your recommendation is hired and the placement holds (a successful placement, not just an offer accepted), you receive $2,000 or $3,000 depending on the seniority of the role. Paid by bank transfer once the candidate completes their three-month probation. Your recommendation is also recorded against your Fettle profile and contributes to your tier over time.

Recommendations are an option, not an obligation. Most members will go long stretches without seeing a role that suits someone in their circle. That's fine. When the right moment comes, the path is there.

Member tiers

Recommendations build a track record. Bronze, Silver, Gold.

Every Fettle member who recommends a successful candidate joins a tiered system that recognises their track record. Tier reflects how many people you've successfully recommended, what hiring managers said about them, and how those placements held over time.

Bronze.

New members and members who've made their first introductions. The starting point for everyone.

Silver.

Members with a proven track record of recommendations that have gone through to placement and held.

Gold.

Senior members with multiple high-rated placements. The most trusted recommenders in the network.

After every successful placement, we ask the hiring manager for a short reference about the candidate, what they brought to the role, what they did well, what kind of team member they've been. That reference is added to your Fettle profile. Your track record isn't just a count of placements; it's the substance of what hiring managers have said about the people you put forward. Your name as a referrer is never shared with the client.

Your tier is visible to clients on every candidate you put forward. It tells them this referral is backed by someone with a proven track record of recommending people who fit, perform, and stay. A stronger tier means your recommendations carry more weight; the client knows the standard of judgement behind the introduction before they even open the candidate's profile. Clients are more likely to interview candidates with strong-tier referrals attached.
