A single flat placement fee: $5,000 for a role with a base salary up to $160k, and $7,000 above that. No retainers, no percentage of salary, no hidden extras. The fee covers the whole process, from validation and qualifying through to interview coordination, reference checks, offer negotiation, and the guarantee.

No. There's no exclusivity. You're free to keep using other channels alongside Fettle, and you only pay if you hire someone we introduce.
Every Fettle member is a verified practitioner, checked against the relevant national register, AHPRA or ASAR for sonographers, before they're active in the network. Beyond registration, we check each member's skills and experience against your specific brief before any profile reaches you, so what you see is genuinely relevant to the role, not a pile of CVs.
Yes. When a role comes in, we surface it to the Fettle members it fits, and a member only becomes a candidate you see after they've put their hand up for your specific opportunity, had a qualifying conversation with us, and agreed to be put forward. By the time you're reading a profile, that member understands the role and is genuinely motivated for the opportunity, not just open to a move.
The best judge of whether someone suits a role is often a peer who does the same work. Fettle members refer people they'd personally vouch for, and share in the fee when an introduction lands, so the people you meet come with first-hand knowledge behind them rather than a database match.

Any registered or accredited medical or healthcare professional in Australia, verified against AHPRA or, for sonographers, ASAR. The launch disciplines are sonographer, radiographer, radiologist, pharmacist, general practitioner, nurse, and midwife.
When you refer someone you'd vouch for and they're placed, you receive $2,000 for a role up to $160k base, or $3,000 above that. Fettle pays it out of the placement fee, so it is never a cost to you or the person you referred. It's paid once the placed candidate completes their three-month probation.
No. Your details aren't searchable. When you've agreed for your profile to be sent to a client, they see a masked version of your resume, your experience without your name or contact details. Only when they want to interview you do we share your identity.

Entirely up to you. You don't have to apply for anything. Every verified member sees opportunities in their discipline and can refer freely, and refer-only members are full members.
