Sorting, screening, and qualifying those introductions is the part most hiring managers don't have time for. Fettle does that work for you. You only see candidates who are relevant, qualified, and ready to talk.

Every Fettle Network introduction comes with the referrer's standing attached. Bronze, Silver, or Gold, based on how many candidates they've referred, and how the hiring employer rated them after placement.

Our principles

How we work. Our four commitments.

i.
Honesty and transparency, always.
Every Fettle role lists the salary up front, base plus super, no "competitive" or "DOE." You see who referred each candidate and what their track record is. We tell you what we charge before any conversation starts. If we don't have someone right for a role, we say so.
ii.
No spray-and-pray.
Network members only refer people they would personally vouch for. We screen, qualify, and verify registration before any candidate reaches you. Three considered names beat thirty CVs.
iii.
Referrers paid properly, on time.
A Network member whose introduction is hired earns $2,000 on a standard role, $3,000 on a senior one, paid by Fettle out of our placement fee. Bank transfer, the moment the candidate completes their three-month probation. No gift cards, no delays.
iv.
Every placement is a flat fee, and a guarantee.
$5,000 on roles up to $160k base, $7,000 above. No percentages, no surprises, and no fee until someone is hired. If a placement doesn't last the three-month guarantee, we work the role again at no charge.
